Cocktail of the Week 17Apr

So This week we have fo you the Hoxto Mojito. We felt this very beffiting to keep in line with this beautiful sunshine and bring everyone some well deserved summer vibres!!!

Put 20mls of simple sugar syrup, 20mls of fresh lemon juice, 4 mint leaves and 40ml of Hoxton Gin into a highball glass, top with crushed ice, swizzle for around 30 seconds to mix the flavours, top with more crushed ice (can never be too generous) then bleed around 15mls of cranberry juice over the top... (frobishers is great) Put a nice big mint sprig on top to give you lovely minty smells and enjoy......
