25ml Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice
3 Drops Of Lavender Bitters
25ml Gomme
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Shaken and Topped With Soda Water
Garnish; Lavender Sprig
Glass; Highball with loads of ice!!!

Hoxton Clover
Ingredients
3 Raspberries
50ml Hoxton
10ml Dry vermouth
20ml Lemon
20ml Sugar
10ml egg white
Method
Dry Shake, Then shake with ice
Serve
Straight up in a Coupette
Garnish
Floated Raspberry

Let us be the first to tell you that if you haven't been this has some of the most iconic views across Londons southbank. On Wednesday 10th of November Hoxton Gin are taking over Buffalo Bar in Cardiff for one month, with an exclusive Hoxton Gin cocktail menu, there will be some seriously tasty drinks on there to, such as our Hoxton Stone Sour, Hoxton Gin, Fresh Grapes, Lemon Juice, Orange Juice and Honey, poured over cubed Ice in a rocks glass.
